Note: I make no judgement of whether all/some portions of content is fact or fiction or exaggeration. We all have our version of both colourful and grey stories in the corporate world. I have witnessed his ardent fans and haters alike in the corporate world.
My purpose for picking to read this book like any other autography, is to see what I have as take aways by the end of reading it. After reading the book, I see how the title Doglapan and the punch line "hard truths about life and start-ups" is so aptly crafted. The authors style in this auto-biography is just in the tone of any Delhiite that you would come across - experience Hinglish (with translations within parenthesis like these) instead of just English. For some reason unknown this style reminded my of Chetan Bhagat's.
Starting with a dash of schooling stories and then shifting gears quickly to college and then to corporate world the pages turned with high tempo and then lulling your interest at some points like in a Bollywood movie. It piques ones interest to know the life of another person from his viewpoint and your curiosity is quenched in that by reading this book encountering many stories or events of **doglapan** in his life.
