I've got the privilege to be invited to talk about "Agile Smells" at Project Management Institute's (PMI) Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS), Chennai edition.
I'm leaving for the conference venue now and will update the post with the details once I'm back. Stay tuned..

Ok..I'm back with some updates.
I tried something different this day. I went in early and started to interact with the PMI members casually to see if I can connect with folks at a personal level. It is basically my effort to bridge the gap between me and the audience members.
The good news - it worked. I "hope" to remember faces when I meet them in future.
The audience were majorly from the middle management of various organisations big and small. I should say I had a good deal of interaction with various folks after the event and hope that I was able to convey the heavy message in a light hearted way with some story telling and casual interactions or quizzes.
A quick glimpse of the day's event is below.
For those folks who missed my talk in the session there is some kind of substitute - an edited version of my talk that I gave earlier at Dev Day Sri Lanka 2013 is available below for you to watch.
If you like the talk, and wish I speak about this topic or any other at your company, then do get in touch with me. I do undertake speaking engagements as invited talks in companies for a small price apart from the other consulting endeavours. See Agile Consulting page for more.
